Standard delivery is from £2.95 for products, which are packaged up and sent via tracked delivery.
Under 1kg = £2.95 (2-4 working days)
1kg - 2kg = £3.95 (2 - 4 working days)
2kg plus = £5.95 (2 working days)
Express Delivery (up to 30kg) = £5.95
We only deliver to the UK mainland. We currently do not offer delivery outside of the UK. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you live in the UK but not on the UK mainland (this includes the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands) - we are able to deliver to most UK areas outside of the mainland but extra delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

We will do our very best to ensure you get your items as fast as possible.
Most of our items are dispatched by 8am the next working day if ordered before midday the day before. This can increase at busy times of the year such as Christmas.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Paypal. Our payment is secure through Paypal and we do not hold credit/debit card information on our system.
Please note that although our payment platform is through Paypal, you do not have to be a Paypal customer to pay with this service - you can click the 'Pay with Credit/Debit card' option in grey at the bottom and pay via your credit/debit card by following the instructions.
Yes, we accept returns on items that are not personalised. Your order must be returned within 14 days of your dispatch email. Your order must be returned to us in the same condition it was dispatched in. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain return details. We do not cover the return costs on unwanted items.
However, if your order arrives damaged we will replace it if possible or refund as long as photo evidence of the damage product is provided.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of personalised products they are non-refundable. If the item has arrived damaged then we will replace the item as long as we are at fault. Please note that any damages must be reported within 7 working days of the item being delivered. Please send us an email including a picture of the damage to: email@example.com.
Yes, it is. At The Cheshire Gift Company we pride ourselves on offering unique handmade products that you just can't find on the high street. Although we take every care to offer a true representation of the products we offer, the nature of our handmade items is that they are all slightly unique. By purchasing a handmade item please be aware that there may be slight differences between the product you receive and the one shown on the website.
Every single handmade item is hand carved and hand painted, therefore the finish of the item may differ slightly than the one you have seen a photo of. We ensure that these will only be minor differences, however we like our customers to be aware and understand the risk of this when ordering from us.
The beauty of our signs is that they can go both inside or outside. If you are putting them outside, please ensure that you cover the front, back and sides in a clear outdoor wood varnish to make them fully weatherproof. By doing this, it will stop them from fading or the paint peeling and will keep them looking new for years to come!
To hang your sign, simply drill a 'pilot' hole at either end of the sign, a few centimetres from the edge. Then you can insert screws to fix to the wall. Please do not try to screw the screws directly into the wood as this will split your sign.
